if you are more then 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled, as it’s not possible to give adequate service in the remaining time. If you are consistently late, the cancellation or no-show policies described below will apply.
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please give a minimum 3 hours notice as a courtesy to both your barber and other clients waiting for an open appointment. If you fail to give adequate notice you may be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee at your next appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment you may be charged the $25.00 fee at your next appointment, or you may be declined service all together if you are a repeat offender.
